We'll discuss your project, review template and brand kit options together, and make sure Essential is the right fit. No commitment required.
Contract & Deposit

If we're aligned, I'll send your contract and invoice for your 50% deposit ($1,100). Once signed and paid, you'll receive your customized content creation guide within three business days.
Content preparation

(your pace up to four weeks) Work through the content creation guide at your own pace. I'm available by email for questions. When you're ready, submit your content and schedule your content review meeting.

We review your content together to make sure everything is complete, fitting and ready for the build sprint. You'll pay your remaining balance ($1,100) and we will schedule your build sprint week.
Week-long build sprint

Friday of build week, your site goes live. We'll walk through it together on a short call, and I'll hand everything over to you.

Monday through Friday, I bring your site to life. You'll receive daily updates, a preview link midweek, and dedicated time for feedback and refinements.

Template selection — You've browsed our gallery and have a template in mind
Brand kit selection — You've chosen your fonts and color palette from the brand kit gallery.
Written content — All copy for your 1-3 pages is complete. Our content creation workbook is included with your deposit and will help you prepare.
Professional photos — Headshots, portraits, professional images or other images you want on your site. We will review and discuss how they might work with the template and brand kit you have selected.
